Trying to control the flow rate but AHI is up

Trying to control the flow rate but AHI is up
So I tried to lower my flow rate as there were some extremes. Used a different mask (nasal pillows vs nasal) and it seems like the flow rate is better and less snowing but AHI has gone up and I think the leak rate as well. Any suggestions? Should I try increasing the min pressure even more? I'm a new user

Both charts have acceptable AHI, first had more flow limits, second has a bit more leaks.

With low min pressure, the Ramp is likely not necessary. It's holding you below therapy values, and it restarts every power on, looks like 2 starts each per chart.

Last, you might want standard response instead of soft. Give it a try, find out which works better for you.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

You have flow limitation every time your pressure drops. Raise your minimum. 0.52 is perfectly acceptable though unless you are still feeling bad.
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and seal your mouth

I think you should wear the more comfortable mask. Usually, pillows masks leak less, so you may just need to adjust it a bit. Dave is right that you should turn the ramp off. There's no benefit to using it. He's also right that standard response is best. I'd leave your minimum pressure where it is for now. It can be raised later after you are better adjusted to your therapy.
