Two years later: persistent exhaustion and heart rate spikes with low AHI...help!!
Hi everyone, as the title states, I've been on CPAP for about two years now and still exhausted. I have some other health things going on that contribute but I have tracked a correlation between RDI and sleepiness levels, noticing significant differences between RDIs of, say, 2 or 3, and RDIs of 1.

In trying to understand my sleep I purchased a Wellvue O2 Ring. So far it's showing some heart rate spikes that are starting to worry me a bit. I took a closer look at the flow rate charts around the times that my heart rate spikes and I see some crazy breathing patterns that don't get flagged in any way. I'm hoping someone has some idea about what might be going on/what I might try next (or maybe I just need to call the doctor). Here are some screenshots and facts. Thanks so much in advance for your time.
