UARS and BIPAP help please
Hey guys ,
I am diagnosed with UARS (RDI = 33) but low AHI, tried CPAP forever but still exhausted, finally switched to a BIPAP a couple days ago.
I have been playing around with the pressure settings and noticed that the pressure support has helped me verses just cpap alone , but there is still room to work with as I still don't feel fully rested. I don't feel much better at all actually but the sleep data looks promising.
Attached are oscar screenshots from last night and two nights ago and a snippet of my flow rate from last night as well.
Please let me know if you have any questions for me so you can better provide advice, I can provide anything you may need.
If it is helpful, I have summarizes of two weeks of data on a spreadsheet as well: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...sp=sharing
