Using CPAP for several years. Frequent awakenings and headaches

I have been using CPAP for a few years. For the first few years I saw a dramatic increase in wakefulness. For the last 5 months I have been waking up several times a night, usually after 2:00 a.m. and every hour after. I often have headaches throughout the day and sometimes I feel more anxious and have some trouble thinking clearly. MyAir Score has always been 5 or less, but I started looking closely at my CPAP therapy to see if there was a problem. After loading data in Oscar I noticed my entire score is CA events. Could these CA events be causing my awakenings and my headaches? Is there anything I can do to improve my AHI score?

Please post a copy of the sleep report with your info redacted.

Your minimum pressure is low for an adult, raise it to at least 7cm, but consider raising it to your 95% pressure, around 8.4.
This may help with your flow limitations, see those flattened breath tops?

Then your pressure won't have so many up and down swings, if the pressure range is tight. 
This might help lower CAs, time will tell.

See how that feels for a few nights.

That large leak may have woke you up in the last chart.

Your Oscar charts need a fix. Press the F12 key (FN+F12 for Mac). This usually shows us everything we need. Make sure we can read to the bottom of the flow limits.
