VA reporting
I got my Cpap back in October from the VA, and have been using it every night since. only one of those nights has it been less than 4 hours. the most recent 90 day report which I just read last night since I knew I was in compliance. says I am out of compliance. I get to looking at the report and I find it shows the wrong serial number for my Cpap. How much of a pain is the VA going to be when I call them up to have them fix their mistake?

RE: VA reporting
Someone messed up when your CPAP was registered with AirView, the Resmed cloud program that provides your reports and data. You should only need to talk to the supplier of your CPAP to show the serial number on your report, and the serial number on your Airsense 11 to correct the mistake and get a new report. I would consider taking a photo of your CPAP serial number and call them as soon as possible. In most cases it is the dispenser of your CPAP that registers the device in MyAir and AirVeiw.

Also, if your device has a SD card, it has the compliance data stored on that, and the machine itself is capable of producing usage stats.

RE: VA reporting
funny thing is the first report 30 day or 60 day was good, ill have to see if I can find it to verify. I am wondering if when they called for the 90 day check in and i asked for a new mask, they made a mistake and changed the serial number for the Cpap.

RE: VA reporting
I think you only need to contact the entity that generated the report and let them know the serial number is in error.
