Very confused and puzzled
I was traveling in Europe for 30 days, and my numbers were decent. I returned home, and my numbers are very bad. I use a nasal pillow and an older DreamStation. I also have a ResMed machine and am thinking of changing machines. Any idea what is going on?

There could be equipment failures. Switch machines and check results. Post OSCAR reports to this forum for assessment of therapy.
I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice. My suggestions are for consideration, they are not definitive instructions.
