RE: WYSIWYG or not? {PLEASE VOTE}
I've had the WYSIWYG mode go out into left field before.  I want to see what code is being placed in my composition.  I use "Preview Post" to validate my "great moments in thought".

WYSIWYG, but I regularly toggle, particularly when I've pasted something that didn't "translate" the formatting properly.

I hadn't really paid attention since I don't tend to use much formatting.

I know a couple of times in the Quick Reply, I've used the codes to bold or underline text.

I'm with SleepRider:

>>>I often use the quick reply and add any BBCode manually. When using the full editor I generally stay in WYSIWYG, but occasionally check source code view.<<<

Actually, I hardly ever use the BBCodes, even.
