Walking up everynight at 3am

Walking up everynight at 3am
Hello, Last month, I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, with an AHI of approximately 30. I've been using a ResMed 11 CPAP machine for the past month, but I still wake up wide awake around 3:00 AM every night. It becomes bothersome to lie there with the mask on, trying to fall back asleep, so I usually remove it to try to get some rest.

I've included my data below. Could anyone offer recommendations based on what they're seeing? I would be very grateful for any help you can provide."

Welcome to the forum.
We only need those last Oscar daily view charts.
But it should show the following:
Event Flags
Flow rate
Leak rate
Flow limits
Pressure charts.
You minimum pressure is far to low for an adult. You need to raise it to 7cm. You can leave the maximum at 7cm also as you have no Obstructive events.
Hopefully you feel more comfortable.
What is the uncomfortable feeling you have as you lay awake at 3 am?
Have you tried relaxing breathing techniques briefly without the mask?
Post again and try these changes for a few nights.

I concur with jdougc. Your pressure is too low. That may be causing air hunger that will lead to you chucking the mask away in the middle of the night. Try sleeping with min = max = 7cm and see for a week.
