WatchPAT Sleep Study Results
Hello,

Irecently got a WatchPAT at home study because of the inability to recover from endurance training (causing high cortisol, low testosterone, etc.) which I am thinking might be due to sleep problems. I have also noticed on my fitness wearable that my blood oxygen is concerningly low at times which I know might not be accurate. Is my RDI level worth investigating further? I know, based on this study, my AHI is okay but I am thinking it might be a case for UARS and wanted to get your thoughts and see if an in lab study would be worth considering.
