Weird Feeling After Mouth Taping

Weird Feeling After Mouth Taping
I started taping my mouth a few nights ago after having ongoing dry mouth in the morning. Now, I'm waking up feeling headachy and WEIRD. I don't really know how to explain it, but my head just feels weird. I can't figure out what's going on! Shouldn't I feel less headachy, etc. with the mouth tape? I checked my Oscar data and can't see anything super significant going on as far as pressure being odd. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Eeek. Nearly a month later and no reply.

If you post a chart or two we can have a look.

Has this resolved yet?

I would be interested in what your leak rate is like.

Sorry to hear that! taping your mouth purportedly helps prevent some of the side effects of mouth breathing.
