What are these OAs?

What are these OAs?
My wife uses an Airsense 10 Autoset with N20 mask.  She occasionally has episodes of OAs reported.  I'd appreciate any thoughts about what might be going on.

Max pressure is set to 13 because 20 cm doesn't help with these episodes and the high pressure results in her tearing off the mask.

Thanks!

What type of mask is your wife using as it looks like some form of mouth breathing confusing the machine as the flow is mostly inhalation with very little exhalation over an extended period which is no physically possible

Yes, it occurred to me after I posted the first message was that this was most likely mouth breathing. As you say, the extended period is not physically possible. The mask is an N20 nasal mask, so it's certainly possible to mouth breathe with it.
