What can I use instead of headgear? Or fix?

Check out the BLEEP DreamPort Nasal Mask.  You can google and/or youtube it.

I asked my guy where I get supplies and he's heard about it -- just doesn't have it in stock yet.\

Looks interesting -- may get expensive in supplies but NO headgear?

I have the bleep and love it. Lots of us on here use it. It's great to have no straps of any kind. Also, most insurance will cover it. I get mine for free.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro

Bleep mask is what I recommend for no headgear. The cost of it has come down a ton in the past year. You can use it for around $0.50 day now. That's cheap. It sure doesn't leak!

Thanks. But where can you get them for 50 cents? I see them advertised at $24 for 16 pairs. $1.50 a pair

Amazon and makesleepeasy both have them. MakeSleepEasy you have to buy in bulk, but they net down super cheap to around Fifty-Six cents I think.

Thanks! The question is whether the doctors are aware of the treatment options... The article has given me questions to ask when I finally meet with the doctor (hopefully next week).

According to the article, BIPAP and ASV can help with central apneas. Why does everyone tell me I should be using ASV? I don't think I've seem BIPAP recommended by anyone.

BiPAP with back up. BIPAP ST.
Other option is ASV.
