Three nights are not enough to see your response to treatment.

Some people adopt to xpap after night one and never look back. Others...  longer. Significantly longer.

Micro arousals earned you a bilevel?? No fight with insurance?

Ive been on Cpap for a few years and still was having issues with fatigue. Even after coming on here, I was having an issue with flow limitations. Id sleep 8 hours and wake up feeling hungover with no events on my machine.

We tried Bipap during the sleep study this time. No issues with insurance.

I gotcha.

I was reading it like new to xpap and went straight to the bilevel.

Hope you can get dialed in with it and get to feeling better!

RE: Bipap Noob Questions
Hi All,

Still feeling rough. Wake up with my head hurting and brainfog along with fatigue.

I am not sure if I should change any settings since I just had a sleep study a week ago, but my hope was changing to the bipap would bring faster results.

Good news is flow limitations (which I had trouble with in cpap) are gone.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I see that you're using the VPAP-S mode. Be aware that in that mode, you will not see any data on flow limitations. Try switching to the regular VAuto mode so you can see what's what.
