What is a fair price to pay for a used machine?

What is a fair price to pay for a used machine?
I've been looking for a lightly used machine to use as a back up.
I found an Airsense 10 Autoset For Her on Craigslist. It has 480 run hrs and is smoke an pet free, for $300.
I've just started cpap therapy a couple months ago and I'm still learning.

Is this a good deal?

Welcome!  It probably depends on where you are if you are buying off somethign like Craigslist.  Where I am, I'd jump at that price.  You might want to look at Supplier #2 (see link at top) to get an idea of the commercial prices for second hand machines.  And make sure that is 480 total run hours, not therapy hours which can be reset.

Get it! One of the better prices out there for that machine.

Be sure to take a look at the run hours - get the manual at the link above, so you know how to check it out.

I'm happy with the one I found.
