Cool! Looks like you took my suggestion for 5.4 cm minimum pressure. It doesn't get much better than 0.0, so don't be too upset if you see a low AHI more often than not.

INDEED!  Thanks for the help!  I can't believe I was using the sub-brick cpap that I had for five years when there was so much better technology out there.

I've even upgraded my SD Card to a FlashAir making syncs a breeze...
