Where to get GENUINE Resmed Airsense S10 FILTERS?

RE: Where to get GENUINE Resmed Airsense S10 FILTERS?
My DME supplied ResMed filters for my AirSense11 for maybe a year and then switched to Sunset.  I looked up Sunset and felt that although they sounded like nice people (on the internet), they did not discuss whether their filters met the same specs as ResMed's.  Also, I noticed that the Sunset filters are a significantly thicker than the ResMed filters. I don't see that as necessarily advantageous, as it stresses the filter door and might increase the work the machine has to do very slightly.

I decided to buy ResMed's hypoallergenic filters from Supplier 29.  Filters are a lot less expensive than other CPAP supplies.

The ResMed filters definitely turn gray after some weeks of use.  I think the Sunset filters did, too, as far as I can recall.

RE: Where to get GENUINE Resmed Airsense S10 FILTERS?
I get genuine ResMed hypoallergenic filters from supplier no. 26.  They have ResMed standard also.  ResMed filters come individually wrapped. They have no exposed fibers nor fiber fuzz protruding from the edges.  I have found one so far that had a bit of the corner cut I guess in the manufacturing process.  ResMed filters are very different than those I've been sent by DMEs.  One filter brand had fibers falling off and was too small to fit the filter tray properly.  I do not think there is any regulation or certification of CPAP filters.

Since I quit using what the DME sends me and switched to the ResMed brand filter I have much less sinus and bronchial congestion.  I suspect that some filters may be dangerous.  What I had been using showed no discoloation after a month of use.  The ResMed filters turn gray after a month of use.  Filtraton of CPAP air is to protect the user and the machine from particulates.  Some do neither.

I wish each maker of CPAP filters was required to give the MERV rating of their product and go through a 3rd party testing for safety and efficacy.
I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice.
