Which Aircurve machine?

I'm staring at the various AirCurve machines and scratching my head:   VAuto, S, VPAP, ASV.    I suspect that I'm ASV, but pricey.   But, can you put a price on good sleep and health?    Any recommendations on understanding this spectrum?

btw, I found a SD card for my RemStar Auto.   I'm not sure what data it will produce, but looking forward to seeing what it will produce overnight.
