Clearly it's an event. Are the flags done by OSCAR evaluating the data, or are the flags done by the APAP machine?

Clearly it's an event. Are the flags done by OSCAR evaluating the data, or are the flags done by the APAP machine? [attachment=18823]

hard to count exactly but to my eye, if you start counting where the fot pulses begin, even just before that, it appears to be shorter than 10 seconds.

The flags are done by the APAP machine. OSCAR just reports what the machine has said.

Agree, it looks to be just under 10 seconds, so it would not be flagged. It is just a little hard to count though.

Without question "something" happened, I see 7 seconds of apnea, not an "event", and maybe 10 seconds of a hypopnea, again not an "event"

RE: Why did OSCAR not flag this as an event?
10 seconds of hypopnea should be flagged. I think whatever this is, it's simply too short to meet the definition of an event.
