One thing I've noticed from looking at others OSCAR graphs compared to mine is mine seems to look more "grassy"...especially at the beginning of the night.
I've picked one recent night as an example. Notice the AHI is good. Flow restrictions are pretty much nonexistent, according to OSCAR and leaks are minimal. Then notice how disturbed the beginning of the night looks and how it pretty much flattens out during the night. I'm just curious why it looks that way without events, serious leaks or limitations.
I'll include a few more shots in the comment after this.
“You merely adopted the grassy. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but blinding” More seriously, it always bothered me a little bit. My numbers are good too, but I just hope that I am not experiencing a huge number of micro arousals that prevents me from regenerative sleep. I tried both APAP and CPAP modes, EPR 0 to 3, but they still remains.
If you're awake, you can expect to see a lot of volatility in the flow rate. Of the first three photos you posted, the middle one is the strangest to me. Could you please share a blow-up of it, with about 10s and one of 30s?
The third one doesn't look so bad. Looks pretty clean, all things considered. Again though, blow it up so that I can see the waveform close up please.
Of the second set of pictures, they're all very clean.
