Wife having problems- still waking

RE: Wife having problems- still waking
Correct CA to the PAP and OSCAR refer to clear airway, meaning not obstructed. CA also means Central Apnea. They are the same event, an Apnea that means it lasts longer than 10 seconds. EPR can increase CA events in the short term, as it can increase CO2 flushing and lower the signaling to breathe, hence giving CA. Note that this treatment emergent CA will diminish before 3 months and most PAP users it'll diminish pretty quickly.

Maybe try EPR on 1 and see how it goes. If it goes badly you can always turn it back off.
