Would appreciate assistance analysing results
Hello,

I've been using my APAP for approximately 15 months and have been struggling the last 8 months to get my AHI down to ~2 which is the level it was when I first started treatment and have been feeling noticeably more tired during the day.

I want to post my stats and am seeking your input on my setup and charts.

I have posted my data and am happy to share more if needed and look forward to your comments on how you suggest I lower my events and increase the effectiveness of my treatment.

Kind Regards.

RE: Would appreciate assistance analysing results
Welcome to the forum,
Are you on any medications that may affect your breathing or your sleep?
Do you have any health issues that may affect your breathing or your sleep?

Show only these charts, you can expand the heights of the charts:
Event Flags
Flow rate
Pressure
Leak Rate
Flow limits

Your flow limits are too high, you need to increase EPR to deal with that, use a setting of  EPR of 3. Set EPR to full time, not ramp

Flow limitations can lead to daytime drowsiness.

Have your CAs always been this high?  They make up the majority of events on the posted OSCAR.  You can look back and see if they have always been dominant.  Did you make recent pressure changes that may have brought on CAs?  Research of the cause of CAs can help you understand why they may be occurring.  Some medications may cause them.  Maybe you have EPR not on full-time due to CAs.

A consideration is raising Min pressure to the Med pressure indicated under Statistics which is advised by some experts.  Your Med is 9.50 your Min. is 8.0.  Raising the Min. can reduce pressure jumps.  They also suggest the 95% pressure to be a good Max. setting.  Your 95% and Max are near equal.  A pressure increase will not necessarily address CAs though since they are not obstructional.  OSCAR may flag CAs that are actually other types of events.  Many videos are available on that topic and how to zoom in on an event to get a positive ID on it.

Large Leaks are present.  Running the mask fit test and making mask adjustments to keep a seal can help.  With the mask fit test on, moving the head and twitching mouth/nose help verify a good seal.

EPR affects everyone differently.  It may reduce Flow Limitations if used full-time.  For me it produces more CAs.

Thank you for your questions,
I am not on any medications, or health issues. Looking back CA's have always been a large majority of my AHI but the total AHI has risen.
I will run a mask fit and try with a full time EPR on level 2 tonight and see what the effects look like.
I have uploaded a closer more zoomed in photo of the requested charts,
Thank you for your help and appreciate any more advice anyone has.

The way you first posted OSCAR has been the preferred method on this forum.

Have you found CAs to be the dominant source of events when looking back over past OSCARs?
