It does not sound like an xPAP issue, so hopefully they can get to the bottom of it quickly. 

Once thing you can try is reducing the pressure a few cmH2O, maybe something like 8-12 instead of the 10-14 I previously recommended. If it is not working out then just turn off the machine and sleep without it for the night. Best to get some rest before seeing the doc tomorrow.

I saw the Dr today. Turned out she was not a sleep specialist. She is just a regular pulmonologist. I appreciate that she told me that, but in the end she was zero help with any of my cpap questions. 

There is a new sleep specialist working there starting in October. So I figure I am pretty much on my own. Going to take a few nights and get some more actual sleep, then retry the cpap.
