analysis help for rising pressure & leak

analysis help for rising pressure & leak
Any idea what's causing my Aircurve to increase pressure from 6 -> 12.9 between 00:00 and 00:15 ?  I see a flow limitation, pressure rise, and then about 30 mins of a leak (close to, but not reaching the Leak Rate Upper Threshold). See also the zoomed flow rate for that time period. Is this just flow limitation from some positional change?

I'm using nasal pillows and mouth taping. Struggling often at night with one or the other nostril being blocked at times, and then feeling like I'm not getting enough air.

It's only been 10 days, but so far PAP therapy hasn't done a thing for my fatigue. Will be getting a hybrid mask to try out on Saturday, so perhaps the nasal issues can resolved with that.
