I had to go back and read your first post. I was trying to understand why you are using a recalled machine.
Were you getting better results when you were using your AirSense? What settings were you using?
I would do whatever necessary to get your AirSense repaired or replaced, as I don't see getting much better results with the DreamStation without raising your pressure higher, and keeping Flex set at 2. A setting of 3 hasn't proved beneficial and usually doesn't give the same exhale relief pressure you would get with the ResMed to combat high flow limitation.
