change in API with mask change
I have been using the N20 mask with AHI being consistently below 1.0
I have changed to the N30i which I enjoy very much. My AHI readings have been between 1.0 and 2.0 consistenly for the 3 weeks I have been on the new mask.
No other changes in time slept or mask leaks. I regularly sleep between 7 and 8 hours.
I wake up feeling fine and refreshed.
Should i be concerned with increase in AHI numbers???
thanks

My AHI numbers can and do vary quite a bit. This morning, it was 0.3 and the morning before, it was 1.7
Good thing though, is that they have been well below 5 since being on CPAP. Initially, I was a bit concerned about my AHI's varying so much. This forum reassured me that everything was okay and if you are under 5 AHI, your therapy is thought to be successful. My sleep doc said the same thing.
BTW......I recently went to an AirFit F30 from an AirFit F20 mask. I didn't see any noticeable change in my AHI numbers.
Doubt that I will ever see an AHI of 0, as the closest so far, has been 0.3
