cpap is making my sleep worseir
so when i use cpap as i raised the pressure the amount of flow limits (which is what i look at since i have uars) and my subjective feeling of fatigue becomes worsier, whys that?

Without an OSCAR chart, we can't help much. We need some sleep data. You have no info on your user info either.

[attachment=75333]i am using prisma smart which doesnt have the flow limitation chart, but from eyescrolling my flow rate it didnt look good and subjectivly with every increase of pressure my sleep feels worsier despite low amount of flow limits
