I was interested to find out that I have more CA events than OAs.
Advice???

Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet I was interested to find out that I have more CA events than OAs. Advice???

Your results look good, and the CA at this frequency, scattered through the night is not a concern. These are likely just small arousals, or a large breath followed by a brief pause in breathing. Similarly the OA is less than 1 per hour. With a minimum pressure of 8.0 and EPR 3, your pressure is very steady and only varies by 1.5 cm, mostly as OA events occur. Flow limitation is very low and is well treated. With more time in therapy, the normal course is for CA to diminish without intervention. The question to be asked is not advice, but for us to ask you, how do you feel?
