Nothing obvious jumps out other than only using your machine for 3 hrs. And those large leaks. Please give us some more details. Do you feel starved for air when you wake? Is it the leaks that wake you?
I have had good luck with the P10 nasal pillow and i also use the N20 just to change it up a bit. You might give the N20 a try. It just covers the nose. So a septum issue won’t affect that mask. Have you considered having your septum rearranged? I believe that unlike in the past. There are non-surgical treatments.
I had a VivAyr treatment for congestion. Doc did turbinate reduction and also stuck in a pliers looking thing and i heard a lot of crunching. He said he moved the septum. I have very little congestion now and sure makes cpap much less problematic. That procedure took 45 minutes.

Thank you! My main issue is waking up very dry in my nasal passages. But I am gonna try and bump up my humidity to see if this helps. I definitely need to go to an ENT too about my deviated septum. That is awesome you have been able to get treatment without surgery. I have been super put off by the sound of the surgery so this would be great if there were other ways to fix the issue.
The humidity settings allow for manual and auto modes. I used manual mode as it seemed to give more humidity. If you go to the higher settings, closer to 8, you may have some rainout in the hose. Lots of users do use a heated hose to combat the rainout.

RE: dinojr38 - Therapy Assistance
I made some adjustments to my settings last night such as turning on EPR to 3 and setting a ramp up. Things felt more comfortable but still struggled a bit to get a good night's sleep. I also notice there are quite a few event flags throughout the night. The break is where I got up for a bit...which I normally don't do. I appreciate any feedback.

Thanks!
See those extended periods where your leak rate is elevated? Many people will claim that the ones under the threshold of 24.0 L/min are okay because they don't interfere with your therapy. But I'm of the opinion that they interfere with your sleep. In fact, you can see an extended period of high leaking just before the time that you woke for awhile before going back to sleep. Then between 7:45 and 8:45 you have leaks going above 24.0 L/min.
These indicate to me mouth leaks. You can try to remedy them with a chin strap (available from your equipment supplier), a soft cervical collar (available from Amazon, for example), or even a technique where you practice keeping the tip of your tongue pressed against the roof of your mouth while you're awake. This mouth-leaking also tends to subside as you adapt, so you can think of these remedies as temporary training devices or techniques.
If none of this works then the best solution is switching to a full face mask. For me, when I made this change, there was a noticeable improvement in the way I felt rested during the day.

My husband likes his F&P Eson Nasal mask very much. I think you might like it better than pillows like the P10. Have you tried mouth tape? Good mouth tape is comfortable and easy to use. If you decide to try it, Cover Roll Stretch tape is a favorite here. I find that I have to use 2-inch wide tape, cut 5 inches long, or I still leak.
If, like me, you find tape removal too painful (apparently, most people don't), there are a couple of ways to work around it.
Anyway, it's something to consider.
Machine: ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask: Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro
Here's another thing, Dino. Your Oscar chart needs a change. Copy your chart using the F12 button (FN+F12 for Mac). That usually shows what we need to see. Make sure we can read to the bottom of the flow limits. Thanks!

Thank you!! I never saw that mask before, looks very nice. I have used the dreamwear nasal pillows which is surprisingly comfortable. But that F&P looks great. I just ordered this mouth tape. Thanks : )
