durxll - Therapy Thread
Ok well I was going to post my oscar info from last night but for some reason it didnt record. It says I only slept for like 50 minutes, so I guess ill just post the night before. Can anyone analyze this please.I have been getting help from a guy, but would like second etc opinions.  Also of importance is that my prescribed levels for auto are 5 to 15, but I cant sleep on that high of pressure for a couple reasons, the main being that last time I slept with a fixed 13 I went to the ER because I woke up with chest pain, and breathing difficulty. They said everything was fine after doing imaging, etc. I have just been using a low range for my side sleep apneas which require a lower pressure then my back ones. Also of note my actual best score of ahi was when I was only on a 6 pressure for my side apneas. In the sleep study report it says I needed a 6 to 8 for my sides, but I had more apneas issues at 8 then 6 like it was giving me more apneas or something. The time they spent at those pressures wasnt very long though, so might not matter. Any adivce would be appreciated, thanks.

Ok it wont let me post a link I guess. Can I pm my profile to someone from sleephq please?

ResMed not reporting complete data.
So I slept last night all through the night with my mask on and I know it was on because I woke up a few times and it was on. But when I look at the front of the machine for my sleep report it says 40 minutes. Now even if I hit the thing 40 minutes before I fully woke up or something along those lines why would it not still include the full night? Makes no sense like it doesn't let me look at the time before that it's like it just erases everything and only shows the latest session. When I put the SD card into Oscar it said the same thing. It only had 40 minutes.

Any ideas?

I have a ResMed airsense 10 Auto.

RE: ResMed not reporting complete data.
First, you might want to check the settings to verify if Smart Start and Smart Stop are active. High leaks can cause this to turn off your machine.

Do you have any OSCAR charts to attach to show us?

Read my signature link for the attachment directions. If you have an OSCAR chart, it will attach with these directions.

We have no sleep HQ support to send you to. They are a completely separate entity.

Please see how to post an image of your OSCAR Daily screen in the links in my signature. It involves using the F12 key to take the screenshot, or the Fn+F12 for a Mac.

They are not active. There are Oscarcharts but they have no info. I looked at the sessions and everything. I slept with it on all last night and there's no data.

One chart showing Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Leaks, Flow Limit.

One chart, as in, one for the whole night. The left panel needs included, which should be done with the F12 screenshot action if you're on Windows. It's going to be fn+F12 on Mac.
