RE: Does the air curve 10 Auto SV not report rera's?

From what I'm reading if my flow limits are low my reras should be low too. Last night I had a 0.03 in the 95% category. The claim people are making is it under 0.05 is a really good number so if low flow limit gets rid of rera is I'll just ignore the rera aspect I suppose.

Are you on the ResMed AirCurve 10 or 11 ASV? Sorry for asking but your user profile doesn't show it. Can you update this?

If you are on the ASV, Flow Limits may be a bit shaggy looking. Unfortunately with ASV you probably cannot address FL without negatively affecting Central Apnea treatment. I myself am the very odd person that used the ASV with almost no FL.

Let's see a current OSCAR chart, and see if there's anything to setting edits that can make things better.

Attach OSCAR, etc.

I have tried to add that information so that it appears on the left side of my post in the designated areas and I swear to God there's nowhere to even do it. I absolutely cannot find where to do it it's not in profile unless I'm blind. I am on an air curve 10 v Auto I'm not on an ASV. I was on an airsense 10 Auto. Okay I'm going to post some pictures. I guess I'll just do all the graphs from the first night.

RE: Does the air curve 10 Auto SV not report rera's?
These are fom lastnight. So far on the two nights with new bipap I seem to have increased ahi. I dont know for sure yet, without more testing, but 3.28 is unusually high. With air sense 10 on 7min 9 max and 3 epr I was getting usually below 1.5 and often like .30 etc but my flow limits were much higher along with tha tlow ahi, usually above .18, and often as high as like .35 I go to bed around 6am. I had to move the time 12 hours forward because of how it was logging my stuff, so the times are reversed, which prob doesnt matter, just an fyi.

You can ignore the early leaks. As I fall asleep I often have to get up from bed, and when I lay down Its hard to breath for a few minutes so I put my finger underneath to let out the co2/hot air. Safe to say the leaks should only be looked at around 6am or even later, or around when I have my first event.

Also I know I need a higher pressure, and am working my way up, but my last at home sleep study said I was only on my back about 15 percent of the time, and thats when I need a pressure of around 12. My last full study said I needed a 6 to 8 to get rid of side apneas, but I have gained 10 pounds, so I have been keeping it at 9 max for a while, as I dont have much back sleeping that requires 12-13.

Thanks for help.

You'll need to verify a few things, actual machine model and your settings. I am seeing actions and stats more in line with a VAuto bilevel running S mode where there's a static exhale and static inhale.

If I'm correct, this would not be a ResMed ASV or the Philips Respironics named Auto SV.

To edit you user panel, look for User CP. It should be at the top banner, or at the bottom menu called User Control Panel.

Can you change the name of the thread to like a BiPAP therapy thread, and erase my first post. It won't let me edit it.

I can get a Moderator to do that for you.
