Still Tired most days and can't figure out what's wrong - I feel like I've tried everything.   I seem to still have seems to have a lot of exhalation snoring.

Your median pressure is 10.5, and you are bumping against your high-pressure setting.   You would do well to change your pressure range to 10 to 14.  That might help you feel better, and it will improve your therapy.

I don't notice any other issue.  If you are new to this, it is not unusual to find adapting to pap therapy difficult.  It can take time for your body and mind to adjust to having a foreign body attached to your face and blowing air up your nose.  Don't be discouraged!

I wasn't looking at the Median pressure.   Thanks for the second pair of eyes.

unfortunately- I'm not new to this is my OSCAR database stats... (1200 missing days were when I broke off an SD card into the reader of my last CPAP because I took the card in and out so much and my old computer SD reader was loose).
