I finally found a mask I can wear for more than one hour.  I had to go to Mayo here in Phoenix as a last chance of resolving and the doctor wants me to try a couple of new mask to get as many hours as possible. I wanted to ask am I getting any benefits with leaks over 100?  My AHI is low compared to my standard which is around 55. Also I am not snoring as loud and the wife may actually be able to sleep in the same room with me again as I can rumble the house with my severe sleep apnea.  Appreciate any feedback.  I attached the sleephq link above for last night.  Its not pretty but again I am wearing the mask the last few nights since getting for over 4 hours which is new for me in over two years of therapy.  I have tried the Inspire, CPAP, ASV and they were a trainwreck so back on BiPAP. I also have maybe 15 mask now and have seen two different respitory therapist for fittings and several so called sleep doctors along the way.

RE: feedback
You would get more help if you posted an Oscar chart. That's what most of us use and understand.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro

RE: feedback
So you are on CPAP of 12 cm pressure with EPR 4. But your FL is still unacceptably high.
I suggest allowing the maximum pressure to reach a higher value of 15 cm to see where the instrument finds the optimum. Then, adjust your pressure accordingly. After that, you can return to the CPAP regime you prefer.

Also, your events are clustered, which is an indication of positional apnea. Try side sleeping and use a collar and a thin pillow.
