Just saw this on Marketplace. I have never seen a black resmed aircurve 10. Notice that it has a silver Aircurve 10 label on the lower left corner.

There was a brief time around 2021-2022 when bilevel devices were in short supply due to Covid-19, that Resmed produced Aircurve 10 machines using the Airsense 10 outer shell with Aircurve badging. It is in every way a legitimate Aircurve 10 Autoset from that era. This was also at the time when Resmed was phasing out the Airsense 10 CPAPs for the 11 series, and I assume they had a surplus of those cases. We all know the inner workings of Airsense and Aircurve are identical except for firmware. Interesting, huh?
