gooeybee - Therapy Thread
Hello, my partner has been using her CPAP for more than a year without any issues but in the past couple of months she has been very tired. Her general numbers look ok though and she has to wait another month or so to see her sleep doctor. Wondering if folks see any obvious problems. I only have a few days of data but here are some examples. This is an Airsense 11 autoset w/ full face mask. Thank you!

RE: gooeybee - Therapy Thread
She is hitting her max set pressure and is still having OA's. Also her low pressure is very low. Most adults feel air starved below 7cm.

Her average (median) pressure on her chart is 7.66cm. Which is just below the max setting. Her min should be 7.8 or 8cm and max should go to 11-12. Then take look at her new median after the new settings. and remove the "for her setting" it doesn't react fast enough so change that to standard. And ditch the ramp as that just means she is loosing treatment time. she could also try EPR3.

Yes, definitely try EPR 3. Her flow limits are still extremely high. Once her pressure settings are better, we'll be able to assess whether they are still too high.
