Hi,

I took your suggestions on increasing the lower pressure threshold to 10. Seems to have lowered my AHI (4) which is good progress I think.  

Would you mind taking a look at these charts to see if I can do anything to improve the oa and ca any further?

Neither of those zoomed in CA’s look like Central Apnea’s.

As your OA’s were at a higher number than the CA’s. And your median pressure was 1cm higher than the set minimum. You could do a couple of things to experiment.

You could up the min pressure by one to reduce the OA’s. But this can up the CA numbers. So you could also reduce the EPR to see if that helps the CA’s. But do just one at a time.

However. You need to base your changes on how you feel.

In my case. I feel much better. But I continue to have some nights with as many as 9 CA’s. But most nights i have 0 OA’s and an occasional Hypopnea or two. So I simply monitor my CA’s to see if the Central’s remain at the same level as my study(2) And then I just ignore the low Co2 clear airways.
