new to CPAP, hope to find suggestions to solve issue of exhaustion
New guy here. I kinda hate posting such a repetitive topic asking for help, but here I am. I've read through some other threads and tried a few different things to no avail. I am hoping to obtain a tidbit that will explain why my experience has been a fail.

I did the sleep study, but declined the doctor's reference to purchase and also the monitor service. A friend was getting a new machine and gave me his, which is the Airsense 10.

He had a ton of different unopened pillows which I tried and could not achieve a good fit. I bought another (screenshot attached) which felt like it fit better.
I have included screenshots from OSCAR of a night which, AHI wise, was one of the worst. I'm almost certain I was a sleep long before 1 am but that is when it began registering.
I can barely keep the mask on all night because at some point, one of my nostrils slams shut and the CPAP is trying to blow air through a brick wall, it just isn't going to happen, so I end up taking it off after 3-5 hours most nights. I've had this since, say, early December. I am tired nearly all the time just like before. I wasn't really expecting a night and day difference, but, I was hoping I would feel, not so exhausted. Tired eyes, tired, everything, blah.
I have a slight deviated septum, no surgery says doc. Also says I needed an APAP. I'm still confused on the A, C, Bi etc....
I'm a side sleeper and an unconventional one at that, more than likely.
In another thread, I read something along the lines of the hose needing a correct position, or similar. If someone could enlighten me there as well, that might help because as it is now, my machine sits on a lower shelf on my nightstand and the hose doesn't get above my head, except for the part that attaches to the top. I have the N30...is there an N30I? I might have that one, not sure.
In any event, if any one could give me some other settings to try I would appreciate it.
Please let me know if I can provide further information.

I would suggest a couple changes and I hope you will feel better with them.

Turn off ramp if it is on.
Min 7
EPR full time
EPR 3

The epr may already be set to this but I could not see your setting in the left colmun.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Yes EPR is full time and set to 3.
Are you suggesting minimum pressure to 7?
I'll turn the ramp off and try that. I appreciate the input!
