RE: no longer sure if still apnea-affected or just tired
Hi guys,
I adjusted the settings as you recommended and I do feel better today. I still woke at 3.50 am, unfortunately! :-( Anyway, here is my most recent data in case you are able to spot anything useful in it. Much appreciated as always!

Eventually you'll want to get yourself off Ramp. Some are affected by the pressure step from Ramp to regular therapy pressures.
The OSCAR chart looks good so no real changes necessary. Just keep stringing good sessions like that to gain the most out of it.

Ah, thank you. Should I turn the ramp setting off now, do you think?

That's your choice. What can happen is for some at least, the Ramp will keep pressures down below therapy pressures and it might let some events sneak in.
If you wish to experiment, feel free. Current Ramp is at 5 cmH2O for 20 minutes, but there may be an Auto function that limits Ramp to release when it senses you're asleep. Maybe start small, shorten it 5 minutes, down to 15. If you feel you need it, I'd rather you use it and keep the good therapy effects.

Hi guys,
This is my latest graph. Just wondering if I should perhaps increase the maximum pressure cos it seems as if it's reaching it quite often. Mind you, I have no real idea if that's a bad thing or not! :-) In general, I'm feeling much better! Cheers, Jeff

If it’s hitting the max raise it up maybe to 12.
If you need more pressure like 11 the machine can’t give it to you because the max is set at 10. On the reverse if your max is 12 and you only need 11 the machine will only give you what you need. I hope that helps

Well lets have another oscar post. Did you move up you max?
You also should start dialing down your ramp time for 20 min to 15. Eventually you will not need ramp.
