review of my data

review of my data
I don't know if anyone knowledgable is active in this forum but I've been trying to get my data assessed.
Can anyone respond to this post? Again I'm posting several nights graphs. The flow limit on each graph is empty

RE: review of my data
Your zero flow limits are rare and perfect!  That's great!

I think you would do better in Vauto mode rather than Bilevel S mode.

Also, your pressure range is too low.  Please set it to 16 to 21.

Also, to lower your CAs, set your Trigger to high or very high.

Those should help you sleep and feel better.  Smile

RE: review of my data
I don't believe I have a Vaulto mode whatever that is and
I thought the pressure range had to be 4. So I have mine set at 18 and 14. Could you please explain this to me? Thanks!
Also one of the responders says flow limits aren't available in Bilevel mode so should I do something about that?

I'm not sure what to do here. Should I be changing to something different than the Bilevel setting I seem to be in? If so why? And is the other responder correct suggesting a hi low pressure gap of 5  (21 16) instead of the 4 point gap I have now? (18 14)
thank you I just need a bit more information

As to the Trigger setting, where is it in settings I have an option to change this?

It is located in the Clinician's menu.

RE: review of my data
Julia, what's the full name of your model. If it is a ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto, then you can set it to Vauto mode. If it's the AirCurve 10 ST model, then you cannot.

Also, flow limits are much better controlled by a bilevel. You can slowly raise your PS setting until the flow limits are low enough.

RE: review of my data
I have changed my Aircurve 10 pressure from 14/18 to 16/21 and my trigger to high although I’m not sure what that does or if I should change it to very high or leave it at high.
It is on S mode. How is Vauto better? What is the advantage? Thanks.
