sense check on OSCAR report

sense check on OSCAR report
Hi there,

Would one of you experts kindly take a look at my OSCAR report and give me any feedback or comments on it if you spot anything.

I have been using the machine for a couple of months now on these settings and the overall average AHI is down to 1.81. Using the MyAir app I get a 100% score most days. So seems to be set up optimally but would value opinion of the experts.

many thanks

I would make a couple changes.  To start the min set to 8.  Set EPR to full time and EPR3. post OSCAR tomorrow...
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

I see obstructive events currently happening at 6 and/or 8 cm

If pressure is 8 cm and EPR3, might the EPAP of 5 cause more Obstructive Events?

Wondering what you think, comments?

You started this thread with EPR0

How had you been sleeping before this?
Rested during the day?

In my opinion, i would first have set the 8cm min. pressure, kept EPR0

Then depending on chart and how you feel, further adj. could be made.

SeePak, before making changes in general I was sleeping nice and feeling full of energy during the day.

Tonight I will switch off the EPR and just keep the min pressure at 8. Thanks

M70...

How are you sleeping, feeling during day?

Chart has cleaned up very nicely.

Gone are the CA events.

A little obstructive.

And i think a positional there, maybe slept on your back for a bit, or chin tuck (fetal position) ?

Get rid of that for the future, that will cause issues.

I think your min. pressure should go to  8.4 cm maybe will need to get up to 9cm, you can slowly increase.

But 6 cm is too low for sure, need 8 cm min. at least.

Max pressure should go up as well, try 13 cm

You have responded very well to the changes, and possibly your flow limits will still come down.

Will see....

What do you think?
