[split] Pipandor - Analysis of my OSCAR DreamStation Data

[split] Pipandor - Analysis of my OSCAR DreamStation Data
Diagnosed with moderate apnea (AHI 17), I purchased the Dreamstation Go (not just for travel) and started using it a couple of weeks ago. I use it with a ResMed airfit nasal pillow that feels like it fits pretty well and a chinstrap. I downloaded Oscar and started looking at the data yesterday. I am using the AUTO setting with a pressure range of 4-16 and am trying to figure out why my AHI readings fluctuate quite a bit, ranging from 3.1 to 9. AHIs (mostly hypopnea and RERA) seem to be occurring pretty steadily throughout the night. I turn off the machine once a night to go to the bathroom, then turn it back on (with a 10 minute ramp) to get back to sleep. Last night AHI was 8.5. The report shows a couple of plateaus in the pressure, a maximum leak rate of 10, and maximum total leaks of 46. The time over leak readline last night (and every night) is 0. I am trying to figure out specifically how to keep a steady low AHI, and generally how to interpret the various readings in the daily report and hoping to find help on this forum. I've attached a .jpg of last night's Oscar report.

RE: REQ - Analysis of my OSCAR DreamStation Data
You need more minimum pressure I would guess 8 that will reduce the number of H and OA events Philips machines are slow to respond to events.

Thank you. That seems to help. I set it at 6 last night and AHI was down to 3.5 this morning.
