tiredness has come back, low AHI

Hi there,
I have been a CPAP user coming up on a year now.  I had success for the first 8 months or so, but my daytime tiredness has returned most days in the week now.  My AHI values are low, but wondering if you can see scope for any potential improvements from the OSCAR screenshots attached.  I use nasal pillows, mouth taping and a cervical collar.

Thanks in advance,

Sean

Please hide the calender and repost more charts. Don't post the Oscar overview.
Are you a side sleeper or do you sleep on your back. You might have positional apnea, more experience people can help with that.
Do you have EPR on? That may help with flow limits.
Serious amount of snores there.

Sean.

You need much higher pressures both min and max to control OA events using EPR 3 .

My suggestion is

10 cm min, 13 cm max.

You also appear to be a mouth breather, though a bit intermittent maybe because you sometimes sleep on your back?
Gotta stop that for sure.

Good Luck!

I agree with the new settings, but there is not enough mouth-breathing to worry about. It is minimal and never near a level that would interfere with therapy.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro

Thanks very much for all your input.
I have now updated my min/max pressures to 10/13 and will see how that goes.  I am already using EPR level 3.  I will sleep try to sleep on my side, I am normally a back sleeper.  I do tape my mouth and use a cervical collar so pretty sure my mouth stays shut all night.

Thanks very much for all you do.  Next stop the donate button on this website.  I am truly grateful for all you do here.

Yes I was looking at your original thread which you were mouth breathing without taping
however sleeping on your back is going to cause obstructive and with your mouth closed taped you're going to be having issues so you got to stay off your back.

Good Luck!
