treatment tuneup please
I have been using Resmed Airsense 11 for about one month now and Im looking for help in fine tuning my treatment. I was diagnosed with an AHI 28.7 with a Watchpat from Lofta. The majority of events were while on my back - I learned to back sleep during two shoulder and two knee replacements. Side sleeping my base AHI is more like 13. I have no trouble sleeping, dont snore and notice no improvement from therapy, but I am sticking with it.

RE: treatment tuneup please
You have large flow limits. Flow limits are apnea just like H and O events, they just do not last long enough to be counted in the AHI (at least 10 seconds or more). Flow limits cause the machine to rise the pressure and can stop you from getting into deep sleep or even wake you up.
We use EPR to control FL. to use EPR i would try the following settings. EPR full time (it looks like you have that set) EPR 3 That is all you need to see if this helps.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

I agree with Stacy, the biggest change will be to increase EPR full-time at 3. You may w ant to read the Flow Limitation wiki for background. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...limitation
