Hi Jason Hamby and welcome to the forum
Yes. It makes no difference how often you download, the machines stores therapy and compliance data up to 365 days and detailed data written directly on the card (30 days of detailed data and 7 days of flow data), so important not forget to put the SD card back in the machine ... can happen at times . Data on the device and on the card http://www.s9morecomfort.com/s9morecomfort/new_en_gb/compliance-management.html

As for doctors, I've not met a doctor who check more than averages (usage, AHI, leak)

OK. I don't usually feel stupid about internet things. But I don't know how to check what version of the software I have. When I right click I don't get the screen you show. And I don't see anywhere to check once I open it.

For ResScan version click on Help in the menu bar up top and then click on "About."

Got it. I had not chosen "all" but had chosen "first detailed session". When I switched to all I got the flow data. FinallY!!!!

I am trying to find a way to download the ResScan software without being a health professional. I guess there is a way.
Thanks

RE: ResScan CPAP Reporting Software (current version: 4.3) - SkyWinder - 08-03-2013

I've got a question on installing ResScan 4.1_SP1. In one of the first steps of the installation I'm asked if I want to do a 'Complete' or 'Custom' install. When software gives me that option, I always select 'custom' if only to see what is going to be installed.

In this case selecting 'Custom' tells me it is going to install 'ResScan' and 'Drivers' in folder ".../rescan3/". I understand that the drivers should not be installed, but I find no way to deselect the drivers listed here.

Or are these drivers OK, and the ones that should not be installed called out later?

Is there a step by step or video of this installation somewhere?

From the manual
During installation, one of the dialogs asks you to choose a Complete or Custom installation. Choose Custom if you want to change the installation directory from the default location; otherwise, choose Complete.

Sounds like you are saying these drivers are OK. That the drivers that should not be installed are specified later in the install sequence.
