Re: Rescan 6.0 - subyroo - 01-07-2019

I have just installed a fresh version of Rescan 6.0, however, when I open the program it is asking me for a username and password.
For the life of me I don't ever recall having to use a name and password in the old version.

Can anybody help with a way around the problem? Dont-know

Hi,

Please read this post:

http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-ResScan-6-0-Software-Download-Link-for-ResMed-machines-only?pid=264444#pid264444

[note:  you'll have to be logged into your Apnea Board forum account to access that link - for those who aren't yet members, you can register for a free forum account HERE]

It explains about the username & password in more detail.

As an alternative, you can uninstall version 6 and click on the link for version 5.9 (that was also sent in the download email).  ResScan Version 5.9 does not require a password and isn't substantially different from version 6.0.
