I have heard that Oura is designed in northen city Oulu in Finland some years ago. It is expensive over 300 euros. But maybe it is good. I don't have any user experience, because I have not it and I think that I don't ever buy that.
Here is finnish bio hacers shop and some features of that ring. You can translate texts from finnish to your used language with translate.google.com service.

I hear this is one of the best sleep trackers while also being non intrusive. Monitors HRV which is important.
