I also like to know pros and cons, i am a UARS sufferer and i want the best machine for my condition. Biggest con on Prisma a20 is that there is no OSCAR support, also im concerned that on the prisma a20, you can't tell the machine if you are using a nasal or full face mask like in the airsense 10, don't know if that matter as much.
