I have privileges in hobby fora, in an Ethics forum, and in a few other places. For whatever reason escapes me, I have a very slightly exalted status here. I was one of three moderators at a large hobby forum a decade+ ago, a site that had no previous voluntary moderators and who desperately needed them to improve the culture. I hope I don't come across as maudlin, but this forum site is a cut above the rest. The quality of advice, of learning, and of administration, is second to none in my limited forum experience...and I do mean sincerely that this is a great place to be part of a focused team.
For those new, and for those struggling to come to terms with their diagnosis, their therapy, their health provider, their supplier, and their experience with PAP-of-a-kind, I haven't found a more robust, sincere, good-willed, and conscientious bunch of volunteers. You may not feel the same way, but I need to say this publicly, and to offer my congratulations and gratitude to SuperSleeper and the moderators who spend yeomen hours here monitoring and offering help where they can. If you have landed here, do not leave! It may not be instantaneous, but you'll get the best advice possible from people who have dedicated themselves to the service of others who need guidance not afforded to them by DMEs, physicians, therapists, and other sites offering a venue to discuss apnea-related matters.
I hope I don't overstep, but I do urge you to consider a small donation to the site so that others can receive the help you received when you came here seeking help. If apneaboard and its dedicated volunteers have answered your questions, your pleas, and have helped you to get a better grip on your therapy, or even if they have merely helped you to understand what your machine's limitations are, please consider helping us out. Help others to get the same help when they come here the first time, equally needy, equally anxious, or equally grateful after they have been assisted in some small way.
And, if you are called, please answer. You may be invited to be part of the Team. If just for a year, your contribution will be most welcome.

I concur. I had set up an appointment to see a sleep specialist, but then thought, what could he tell me that I could not find out here. Other than another over night sleep study, there's nothing else that could help. The advise here has been a tremendous help, you guy's really know the in's and technical out's of this (unfortunate situation) we find ourselves in. Sleep is really the foundation of our lives.
So thanks moderators, for your Positive Advise Perspective of advice, coming from your keyboards. 3 cheers !!!!
