Setup of New Machine in OSCAR - Melman - 10-19-2022
I suspect this has been covered but I tried several searches without success. I just got a new S11 autoset to replace my S10 and will be using a new SD card' I assume I need to set up a new profile but am not sure what to do. I updated OSCAR to the latest version an will appreciate some help before proceeding.

If you are using a new machine from the same manufacturer, you can continue using the same profile. You will need a new SD card, and OSCAR will recognise the new serial number and create a new machine profile in the same user profile.
It's when you have both a ResMed machine and a different manufacturer's machine that you should create a new profile, because the ResMed machine forces some specific reporting modes that are not necessary for other machines.
By sure to set the time zone correctly on your AS11 before you start using it. You must erase all data on the machine when you change the time zone. Also, no ability to set the time, only the zone.
