initial import problem - weavto - 12-21-2022

I am trying to import data from a ResMed Airsense 10 to Oscar on a MacBook running Ventura (v. 13.0.1).
When I click on the "CPAP Importer" icon I get a dialog box (see below) asking me to insert the SD card. The card is inserted, appears on the desktop and contains data; however it appears that Oscar is not seeing the card. Clicking "Choose a folder" in the dialog box allows me to navigate to the SD card but no data is imported.
I am able to import data from other SD cards.
Help!

Presumably the SD card was in your CPAP (unlocked) while you used the machine?

When you click "Choose a Folder" the Finder window that opens should show the SD card in the left pane. Select only the SD card and not the files/folders in the right pane.

See if that works...

Thank you!
I was navigating to the files rather than selecting the card as you instructed.
