Clear airway events when awake - hockeybik - 01-05-2023 I'm seeing clusters of CA's - clear airway events - when I'm trying to go back to sleep. I know I'm awake by the other breathing charts and my watch. I have a tendency to breathe deep and deliberately when i'm trying to fall back asleep. Anyone else have this? RE: Clear airway events when awake - quiescence at last - 01-08-2023 You can do the same thing by taking shallow breaths and exhale normal. Doing that will also artificially reduce tidal volume, and this will invoke a need to breathe signal don't breathe in until you get urged to. It appears that I hold my breath when rolling over and reaching for my meds. I have learned to disregard those results after speaking to my doctor. |
